"At Tetoi Vienna, we produce with the highest quality standards—fair, sustainable, and with minimal waste. Our rare B-stock usually has only barely visible imperfections but is too beautiful to remain unworn. We are all the more pleased to have found a solution with Neworn where everyone wins: the clothing is valued instead of discarded—and those who took advantage of the flash sale project not only got a real bargain but also actively contributed to conserving resources and consuming fashion more consciously."

We are very happy to have found such a great way with Neworn to give samples and surplus stock a second life."

The Ecodesign Regulation

The new EU regulation for the Ecodesign of Sustainable Products (ESPR) will sustainably transform the European economy. Coming into effect on July 18, 2024, it forms a central part of the European Green Deal and aims to create a sustainable and climate-neutral circular economy. The focus is not only on energy-related products, as in the previous Ecodesign Directive, but nearly all products sold in the EU are affected. Of particular importance is the textile industry, which is one of the twelve priority product groups for which the regulation sets specific requirements. The ESPR introduces 16 new ecodesign requirements that go beyond the previous energy standards. These include criteria such as durability, reusability, reparability, resource efficiency, recyclability, and carbon footprint. The goal is to minimize the ecological footprint of a product throughout its entire lifecycle. For the textile industry, this means that both manufacturers and retailers must pay increased attention to how textiles are produced, used, and disposed of at the end of their lifecycle.

How does my brand become sustainable?

Are you a children's fashion brand with unsold items, samples, single pieces, or leftover stock from old collections?
Then you’re in the right place!

Fashion brands in Europe face a challenge: new regulations prohibit the disposal of unsold goods. This complicates operations and leads to excess inventory. We offer the solution: we sell unsold stocks of sustainable children's fashion brands directly to their target audience—in an eco-friendly and cost-effective manner. In doing so, we ensure full compliance with the ESPR requirements. Our comprehensive service sets us apart: we handle the sales, logistics, and compliance with all regulations. Sales occur during limited promotional periods to avoid impacting the existing customer relationships of the brands. This minimizes the effort and risk for the brands. It's the simple and risk-free way to maximize the value of unsold inventory. Send us a message through the contact form. We will get back to you and discuss everything regarding the margin (individually negotiable, depending on quantity and price), the duration, and the timing of the promotion.
‍ Send us your items or drop them off. we’ll take care of the rest! after the sale ends, you will receive the unsold items back along with your share of the sales profit.
